The Workbook is perfect for people recovering from addiction who are about to work through the Twelve Steps. These are usually people in a fellowship (such as Alcoholics Anonymous, Narcotics Anonymous etc) who have a sponsor.
The Workbook is a guided journey through each of the steps, and brings them to life with engaging questions, reflections, exercises and inventories.
The Journal provides a daily blueprint for living a clean and sober life, created around core Twelve Step principles and proven tools of recovery. Utilising tools such as journaling, gratitude, acceptance, conscious living and daily personal inventory, it ensures recovery activities are prioritized consistently each day, because we know consistency is the key to successful recovery. Weekly check-ins and clarity worksheets ensure you stay on track.
The Workbook is a gentle and loving guided journey through each of the steps. Designed to be worked through with a sponsor or mentor, they key principles of each step are brought to live through a blend of engaging questions, reflections, exercises and inventories. Both thorough and flexible, the Workbook allows for deep reflection, leaving no stone unturned on your path to freedom and serenity.
The Journal is 10 x 7 inches (25 x 17.5 cm), and features 272 premium 100 gsm pages. It lasts a full 6 months if used every day, and being undated, it’s no problem at all if you miss days.
The Workbook is 9 x 7 inches (22.5 x 17.5 cm), and features 400 full-color premium 100 gsm pages.
Both feature stunning flexible hard covers with silver embossed designs that beg to be picked up, and a ribbon bookmark.
